"Good service and value for money. Glad to have had their help bringing the vision of Elysian Fields Glamping @ Fort William to fruition.
The feasibility study was in-depth and positive without being excessively optimistic and unbelievable.
The full planning service value came to light when there was issues with road access that required remediating. I'd have been lost doing it alone with limited information available as to what the council required to make it sufficient.
Would recommend their services and would use again myself if I ever open another glamping site."
Dave Park, Owner of Elysian Fields Glamping.
Nestled at the foothills of Ben Nevis, near Fort William, Elysian Fields Glamping has been granted planning permission for a three-unit glamping site tailored for adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Following a day of adventures, guests can unwind in the serene atmosphere of the barrel sauna on-site.
Elysian Fields Glamping will be a gateway to adventure! With its prime location and luxury amenities, this glamping site promises to be more than just a place to rest!
As part of the planning application, Glampitect created a market research report, allowing David Park to tailor his glamping project to fit the target audience.
As identified within the report, the Highlands experience large numbers of visitors, mostly domestic tourists taking advantage of the staycation trend.
The key tourism markets which draw visitors to the area are snow sports, mountain biking, historical attractions, walks and nature, and food and drink.
With this information, Dave Park was able to tailor the USPs at Elysian Field Glamping to cater to the target audience, such as implementing private bicycle storage and adding a barrel sauna to relax in after a day of adventure.
It was also demonstrated that the upcoming development will boost the local and rural economy and offer a desirable accommodation style for visitors.
Starting with a feasibility study, the Glampitect research and reporting team explored the critical aspects of establishing a glamping site allowing Dave to make an informed decision on setting up a glamping site.
To conclude the 25-page in-depth report, the positive feedback consisted of:
Robust Application Essential
Good Approval Rate in Area
Favourable Policy
As part of the planning application, we carefully considered the lay of the land, working in harmony with its natural features and existing vegetation.
Our approach prioritized sustainability and conservation, integrating the landscape seamlessly into our design. By embracing the land's topography and preserving its native flora, we were able to minimize the environmental impact.
Throughout the planning process, collaboration was key. Glampitect engaged in open dialogue and close coordination with the Highways authorities to address any concerns they raised in connection with road access and accommodated their requests.
Glampitect ensured that the planning application adhered to the Highways authorities regulatory standards and prioritized safety and accessibility for all, resulting in another successful planning approval.
We can't wait to see this Elysian Fields Glamping come to life! Stay tuned, we'll be sharing more updates once they have opened their doors!
